At approximately 8:10 pm on Wednesday, 19 August 2015, family feud erupted between two young men in Al Shaboura neighborhood in Rafah. The feud developed and small arms were used. As a result, Sa’ed As’ad Meqdad, 22, sustained bullet wounds in the legs and Ali Husam Afana, 22, sustained wounds in different parts of the body. The police arrested the two people and stated that their dispute was on theft background.
