On 25 Nov., at approximately 10:00, members of the Palestinian security apparatus closed the main roads of Gaza city, and set fire to car tires, as they protested against new measures being carried out by the bank. Amounts of money were deducted from their salaries, which are owed to the bank for loan repayments. The governmental employees have not received their full salaries since March 2006.
