At around 15:00 on Monday, 10 November 2008, CID summoned three female students of the Palestine Technical College.
The students live in Deir el-Balah.
One of them stated that they were interrogated based on the circulation of a statement that condemned banning the College students from commemorating President Arafat.
They were released after they were forced to sign pledges not to have any activities inside the College and to abide by the laws of the PA and the College's regulations.
