At approximately 10:30 am on Wednesday 24 July 2013, internal security apparatus summoned social activist Mohammed Ahmed Mheisen, 32, to its office in Jabaliya refugee camp.
At around 1:30 pm on the same day, the apparatus released him but after issuing him another summons at 10:00 am on Thursday 25 July 2013.
He was detained for an hour after signing a commitment not to provoke people against Gaza government and not to organize any activity without permission.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Mheisen stated that one of the apparatus officers insisted on taking his passwords for his personal email and Facebook and Tweeter accounts.
The officer interrogated him about his opinions and posts_en on Facebook.
The apparatus released him but kept his cell phone in custody.
When Mheisen arrived home, he tried to get access to his email and Facebook accounts but he discovered that passwords were changed.
