In the morning hours on Monday 19 August 2013, the Gaza government prevented Dr. Zakariya Al Agha, a member of Fatah Central Committee, from travelling via Erez crossing to participate in PLO’s meeting which is due to be held in the West Bank. According to the information available to Al Mezan, Gaza police stationed at the Customs Checkpoint on Salah Ad-Din Street near the Erez crossing preventedhim from travelling for political reasons
