At approximately 4:30 pm on Tuesday 25 December 2012, Hamed Hasan Abu Al Hassein, 33, who is a resident of An-Naser village in Rafah, sustained a bullet wound in the right hand. Medical sources at Abu Yousif An-Najjar Hospital described his injury as moderate. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Abu Al Hassein was injured in a family feud in Rafah. The police arrested the perpetrator for investigation.
