At approximately 7:00 Thursday 23 August 2012, a family feud erupted between two families in Beit Hanoun in north Gaza district.
As a result, eight persons were injured and admitted to Beit Hanoun and Kamal Adwan Hospitals where their injuries were described as light to moderate.
According to the information available to Al Mezan Center for human Rights, a family feud erupted between the two families on Monday 20 August 2012, and it was renewed once again.
The dispute was developed and a stun grenade was used.
The Police rushed to the scene of the feud, opened investigation into the incident, and arrested 23 suspected persons; three of them were referred to the public prosecution for interrogation.
