At approximately 9:30 am on Friday 21 October 2011, unknown persons detonated an explosive device under a new green Skoda car owned by Salah Ash-Sheshnya, 42.
The incident occurred while the car was parked at the entrance to Mr.
Sheshnya's house in Al-Bureij refugee camp.
As a result, the car was damaged and the windows of three adjacent houses were damaged.
The police arrived at the scene accompanied by explosives experts to open an investigation into the incident.
The Popular Resistance Committees accused the Israeli Occupation Forces of attempting to assassinate Mr.
Ash-Sheshyna.
