Family Feud Resulting in Killing and Injury of Five Persons in Gaza City

At approximately 10:45 pm on Friday 16 September 2011, two persons were killed and three others were injured, one of them critically, in connection with a feud between two families.
The violence took place near Imam Ash-Shaf’i mosque in the Az-Zaitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
According to the field investigation carried out by the Al Mezan Center for Human Rights, a group of armed men from one family opened fire directly at a group from a related family, against the background of a feud between the two.
As a result, two persons were killed and three others were injured.
Al Mezan has identified the names of the persons killed as follows: ·         Rami Fadel Kamal Foura, 30, and ·         Abdallah ‘Awad ‘Adel Foura, 18.
  Al Mezan has identified the names of the persons wounded as follows: ·         Kamal Fadel Kamal Foura, 35(sustained critical injury and was referred to an Israeli hospital); ·         Ahmed Fadel Kamel Foura, 26; and ·         Kamal Fadel Kamal Foura, 33.
