Members of the Executive Force (EF) arrested the Director of the Al Shifa hospital, Dr. Hazza'a Aabed, 42, and the Public Relations Officer, Dr. Juma'a As-Saqqa, 49, at approximately 10am on the 18th of September 2007, from the hospital. They were released at approximately 5pm on the same day.
