55pm on the 9th of May 2008, an IOF done fired a missile at a security and protection base in Rafah, killing two of its guards; 38-year-old Bassam Ahmed Abu Shbeika, and 25-year-old Mohammed Mazen Abu Irmana.
The attack also injured five bystanders who were reported to have sustained moderate injuries.
Those injured were identified as:  28-year-old Ibrahim Soliman Abu Shalhoub,  28-year-old Shadi Yaser Baroud,  26-year-old Wa'il MOstafa Abu Shbeika,  21-year-old Nidal Yehia Abu Hamza,  28-year-old Mohammed Omar Nassar
