On Wednesday, 5 September 2018, the general intelligence apparatus arrested Wael Salbad, 43-year resident of Gaza city, from his house in Al-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza city. Salbad was detained at the general intelligence office in west Gaza city. The reasons for his detention have not been stated.
