At approximately 9:30 am on Tuesday, 21 February 2017, the Internal Security Apparatus arrested Salem Salah Salem Al Sha’er, 43.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, on Monday, 20 February 2017, the Apparatus summoned Al Sha’er’s to its office. When Al Sha’er went to the Apparatus office he was arrested and referred to Ansar compound in Gaza City.
