Name: Rami Nasha't Ghazi Siam
Date of birth: 26 June 1999
Date of death: 2 August 2014
Fifteen-year-old Rami from the Al Seiamat area in Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip was an obedient boy. He helped his mother and grandmother all the time. He liked to play football and to watch football matches with his friends. “He was interested in technology. He joined the industrial division within his secondary school,” his father said.
Rami and his family evacuated their house and went to his aunt’s house, believing that it would be safer. His aunt’s house was targeted without warning. The house was full of families, including children, seeking shelter. Except for two girls who managed to survive, everybody in the house was killed, including Rami.
