Name: Mohamed Rami Mohamed Abu Sulaiman
Date of birth: 15 November 2004
Date of death: 2 August 2014
Mohamed from the Tal Al Sultan area in Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip was a calm boy. He liked to play football with his cousins. He played computer games. His family says he was frightened during the war. His ambition was to be a policeman in the future.
“I slept for a while during the night and suddenly I found myself under the rubble along with my daughter. Some people came to help. They pulled us out. Our two-story house was destroyed by a missile from an Israeli warplane. Many people were killed in the attack including Mohamed, whose body was scattered into pieces,” said Raed Abu Sulaiman’s wife, a survivor. Mohamed was nine years old on the day he was killed.
