Bader from Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip was a very kind, obedient, sociable and humorous child. His hobbies were cooking and raising birds and animals. His ambition was to be a driver and have his own car. He used to work as a laborer to provide financial support to his family. “He had a very good sense of humor, he was very funny,” his mother says.
On 1 August 2014, Bader and his brother-in-law were traveling to the hospital by motorcycle to see Bader‘s brother, Ibrahim, who had subsequently died from a previous attack. An Israeli drone targeted them with a missile. Bader was killed immediately at the age of seventeen.
