Short Link:
Name: Hadi Abdehamid Abdel Nabi
Date of birth: 17 September 2010
Date of death: 18 July 2014
Three-year-old Hadi from Al Jorn in Jabalia in the north of the Gaza Strip was a courageous and clever child. The war gave him no time to choose his hobbies and ambitions. He liked to play too much. He wished the war would end so that he could go to the kindergarten, because he prepared his bag, pen, and notebook.
The night he was killed, he asked his mother to sleep next to her, and before dawn, Salah Mosque was bombarded, and concrete blocks fell on their house. Hadi died from an injury to the head. “It's difficult to imagine living without Hadi because he was the spirit of the house. I was bathing my children, but now I don't dare to do so,” his father said.{He believes it was a bad omen to do so}.
“I dreamt of him asking to go to the kindergarten as he was asking to while he was alive,” his mother added.
