Dina from Beit Lahia in the north of the Gaza Strip was a very pretty child. She wanted the war to end so that they could celebrate the Eid holiday. She sometimes helped her mother. “She played the role of the mother of her doll and took care of it,” her mother, 24, said.
On 20 July 2014, Dina insisted on going shopping with her mother. An Israeli warplane targeted them just in front of Kamal Odwan Hospital. Dina was killed at the age of seven, and her body was scattered in front of her mother.
