At approximately 3:00 am on Tuesday 17 March 2015, a government-owned car used by Khalil Ramadan Al Zayyan was burnt. According to Al Mezan's field investigations, the government-owned car was parked in front of the house of Al Zayyan near Al Taoba mosque in block 8 in Jabaliya refugee camp when it was ignited. Al Zayyan is the spokesperson of Employee Union in Gaza and he is an employee at the Ministry of Transportation. The police opened an investigation into the incident.
