At approximately 1:00 pm on Tuesday, 17 March 2015, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at Palestinian farmers wgo were in their farms in Bourat Abu Samra area, north of Beit Lahiya, in North Gaza district.
As a result, a silver Subaru car owned by Khalid Sa,ad Mohammed Sa,ad Al Din was burnt.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, farmer Sa,ad Al Din stated that he was following farmers who were gathering bean and stopped his car opposite the farm he rent from Hasan Abu Jarad.
His car was parked about 600 meters away from the separation fence.
While Sa,ad Al Din was working he saw two Israeli jeeps stopped opposite the farm inside the Israeli side.
Few minutes later, he heard several shooting.
He saw his car burnt.
The working farmers and Sa,ad Al Din put out the fire.
It was clear that the two left doors sustained bullets.
The car was severely damaged.
It's worth noting that the attack took place while the area was calm and there were no military acts.
