At approximately 3:30 pm on Friday, 23 January 2015, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of Palestinians young men who were near the eastern borders east of the Islamic cemetery in Jabaliya in North Gaza district.
As a result, Ramzi Moen Sa,eed Abed Rab An-Nabi, 21, resident of Jabaliya, sustained a bullet wound in his hand and right leg.
Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described his injuries as moderate.
According to Al Mezan's field investigations, Ramzi Abed Raba N-Nabi was with his friends in the area visiting the cemetery and they were about 100 meters away from the eastern borders when the IOF opened fire at them.
