In the morning hours on Thursday, August 25, 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) transferred ex-detainee Ayman Yousif Abu Daoud, 37, to the Gaza Strip.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Abu Daoud was released within prisoners swap agreement on 18 October 2011.
On 13 February 2012, the IOF rearrested him from his home in Hebron.
He went on hunger strike for 40 days until the IOF decided to transfer him to Gaza Strip for 10 years.
Abu Daoud is the fourth ex-detainee who is transferred to the Gaza Strip.
