At approximately 10pm on Wednesday 16 February 2011, two masked, armed men opened fire at a man while he was walking in a street in the Al Qarrara town, north of Khan Younis district in the south of the Gaza Strip.
The man was injured.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, the injured person said that the two masked armed men stopped him in the street and one of them opened fire at him.
They then left the area on a motorcycle.
No information about the identity of motives behind this incident were available when this headline was published on Thursday 17 February 2011.
