At approximately 6:10am on Monday 28 September 2009, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), who were positioned near the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel east to Al Mosadar village in Middle Gaza District, opened arterially fire at the village.
A shell fell on a Palestinian two-storey house, owned by Jehad Yousif Al Mosadar, 50.
His twin children, Abeer and Abdullah, 17, were injured.
The boy and the girl were preparing to go to school when the attack occurred.
Abdullah was injured in different parts of his body by the shrapnel while Abeer was injured in the left thigh.
According to medical sources, their injuries are moderate.
After this attack, Israeli troops invaded the village under cover of helicopters.
Israeli troops are still in the village until the time releasing this news.
