On 24 August at approximatly 2:30am, a special IOF force entered Al Farahin neighborhood in eastern Abassan Al Kabira town under gunfire cover, and broke into the house of Younis Mohammed Abu Daqqa, 800 meters from the border. At approximatly 3:30am, this force withdrew from the area after detaining Younis Abu Daqqa, killing his brother, Yousif Abu Daqqa, 52, and injuring 3 others.
