On 23 February 2007, at app. 11.30pm, armed members from Al Ghalban family and other faction deployed in Al Masry family neighborhood, went up the roofs and sieged a house belonging to Qawaree family in Jorat Al Lut area. Armed clashes between both families continued until the next morning.
