At app. 1am, on 9/12/2007, armed men opened fire at Ahmed Al Arqan, 27, while he was driving his car in AL Shaboura neighbourhood in Rafah. Al Arqan was injured in his left arm, and was transferred to Abu Yousif An Najjar hospital for treatment. Al Arqan works at the criminal investigation police (Executive Police).
