At app. 5.30am on the 11th of November 2007, IOF military vehicles closed Salah Ad Din road that connects Rafah town with Khan Younis town, close to Sofa crossing. These forces entered the area to provide support to the IOF special units that penetrated Al Fokhkhari village in Khan Younis this morning. This is the first IOF incursion into the area after their military operation "Summer Rains" in Al Shawka village on 28 July 2006.
