At app.12pm, on 23/12/2007, the Police (Executive Force) arrested the Colonel Muhammad Musallam, 46, and Ashraf Abu Aida, 34, an activist in Shuhada' Al Aqsa Brigades, while they were together near the building of the Ministry of Interior in Jabalia Al Balad, and took them to a detention center. Abu Aida was released on the same day, while Musallam is still under detention.
