At approximately 6:55pm, on 3 March 2008, the IOF, stationed on the eastern border, fired a ground-to-ground missile at two young men riding on a cart.
The two were coming to Ezbet Beit Hanoun junction on Salah Ad Deen Road in eastern Ezbet Beit Hanoun.
As a result, 24-year-old Mohammad Abu Hajar was killed and another person was injured.
He was reported to have sustained serious injury.
The IOF shelled the cart again about twenty minutes later, at app.
7:15 pm, with another ground-to-ground missile.
No casualties or damages were reported.
