7:50am, on 23/5/2008, an IOF drone fired one missile at a group of young men who were in Al Shouka village near the southern Sofa Crossing in northwest Rafah.
An IOF incursion in the vicinity of the Crossing was going on at that time.
The shelling resulted in the killing of 20-year-old Ibrahim Madi, 23-year-old Mohannad Awad and 23-year-old Mohammed Abu Rizq.
Their bodies were blown into pieces.
It is noteworthy that medical crews could not access the place of the shelling until 10:30am that same day.
The IOF also destroyed Abu Daqqa factory for reinforced concrete and bulldozed a slaughterhouse building that belongs to Khan Younis Municipality in Al Shouka.
