Raed Muhammad al-Harazeen, 32, passed away inside Beit Hanoun Crossing at around 14:30 on Wednesday, 17 September 2008, before moving him from a Palestinian ambulance to an Israeli one inside the Crossing.
He was in critical condition.
Slow coordination procedures took part in deteriorating his condition, which eventually led to his death.
The Palestinian side received his body at around 15:30 on the same day.
It is noteworthy that al-Harazeen was working as a driver in the PA's Intelligence Service.
He was kidnapped and tortured by unidentified gunmen at around 2:00am on Monday, 15 September 2008, from his house in eastern Gaza.
He was found 75 minutes later in al-Qubba neighborhood near his house in al-Shijaiya.
He suffered injuries and bruises all over his body as well as a broken leg.
After he was admitted to al-Quds Hospital, he suffered thrombosis and doctors decided to refer him to an Israeli hospital.
