At 8:00a.m. on Thursday, 23 November 2017, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen sailing off the coast of Al Waha area in Beit Lahia city in North Gaza governorate. As a result, fishermen stopped fishing and escaped. No injuries were reported.
