At approximately 9:30 am on Tuesday 17 December 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) positioned at the observation towers in the eastern border line, opened heavy fire at a number of Palestinian farmers, bird hunters and shepherds who were in Wadi Ad-Dooh border area east of Beit Hanoun.
As a result, farmers left their work and moved away from the area until the firing stopped.
No injuries or casualties were reported.
