Internal security apparatus summoned lawyer Khalil Hasan Abel Al Jersi, 53, who is from Al Maghazi refugee camp, to its office in Deir Al Balah.
At approximately 8:00 am on Tuesday 20 August 2013, Al Jersi presented himself at the apparatus office in Deir Al Balah.
Two apparatus officers interrogated him for about an hour and a half on trainings that he had received as a police officer and about money that he had received from his brother which Al Jersi distributed to poor people.
Thw apparatus released him butafter issuing him another summons to present himself on the apparatus office on Wednesday 21 August 2013.
When he went there he was detained for 30 minutes and released and ordered to return on Thursday 22 August 2013.
Al Jersi is a retired police major and he is a lawyer.
