At approximately 11:10 am on Sunday 11 November 2012, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) fired several artillery shells at the vicinity of Gaza International Airport east of Rafah. As a result, ‘Awadallah Mohammed Abu Odwan, 42, sustained shrapnel wounds in the legs while he was driving his motorcycle. He was admitted to Abu Yousif An-Najjar Hospital were his injury was described as moderate.
