At approximately 3:00 am on Thursday 10 November 2011, Israeli naval vessels patrolling the Gaza sea arrested three Palestinian fishermen and confiscated their boat.

The IOF arrested the fishermen in the sea opposite the Al Meena area, in the west of Gaza City.
At approximately 10:30 pm on the same day, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) released two fishermen.
Al Mezan has identified them as follows:
· Mohammed Wesam Baker, 17; and
· ‘Abdel Kader Wael Baker, 17.
‘Arafat Lutfi Baker, 28, was still in detention as this news was being published at 2:25 pm on Sunday 13 November 2011.
