At approximately 8:00 am on Tuesday 20 September 2011, four Israeli tanks moved under cover of sporadic fire about 300 meters into the Burat Abu Samra area in the north of Beit Lahiya.
As a result, farmers were panicked and immediately abandoned their lands.
No casualties or injuries were reported.
At approximately 1:00 pm on the same day, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) withdrew from the area.
