At app.1am, on 16 October 2007, an IOF special unit penetrated Gaza Valley in northern Al Bureij Refugee Camp, through the borderline, and broke into five houses. At app. 4.30am, five IOF armored vehicles accompanied with three bulldozers entered the area and leveled an agricultural land planted with olives, and owned by 50-year-old Mahmoud Shamali. At app. 6am, the IOF withdrew from the area after arresting seven youths who were released on the same day, except 38-year-old Mamdouh Ahmed An-Nabahin and 23-year-old Rashad Rizq An-Nabahin.
