The Israeli occupation Forces Continue their crimes against the Palestinian civilians in Hebron

The Israeli occupation Forces continue their aggression against the Palestinian civilians and their property, which promoted to the level of war crimes, in the Palestinian territories especially in Hebron.
These crimes are represented in collective punishment, comprehensive siege, extra judicial assassination, anti-tank shelling, curfew and finally, the massacre that took place in Hebron on 19/7.
Further more, they provide settlers with support and protection in attacking the Palestinian civilians and their property.
On 19/7/2001, a group of settlers called “the committee of security on road” committed a terrorist massacre against Palestinian family in Izna village, 15 Kilometers, west of Hebron.
A three-month infant and two other adults were killed and five were injured.
The three martyrs are: Diy’ Marwan Hilmy at-Tumerzy, two months old, injured with alive ammunition in the head.
Mohammed Hilmy at Mussallam at-Tumeizy, 23 years old, injured with several live ammunitions in different Parts of the body.
Muhammad Salam Musa Mussallam at-Tumeizy, 20 years old, injured with several live ammunitions in different parts of the body.
The settlers group ran away immediately after the incident.
At the same night, the Israeli occupation Forces shelled several Palestinian residential quarters locate on the old town in Hebron, which are: Abu Sneinah neighborhood, Tel ar-ramda, Dahiyat az-zaitun and al-Baladiya.
Anti tank missiles and heavy machine guns had been used during the shelling which led to the injury of 20 civilians and the destruction of a number of houses.
Yesterday evening the occupation Forces renewed their excessive shelling to the town by an Israeli helicopter that led to the death of Raja’i Abu Rajab at- Tamimi, 20 years old, Injured with shards in different parts of the body.
In addition to the injury of six others and the destruction of some houses.
The shelling also reached al-Hijra area, south of Hebron and al-Fawar Camp.
In the light of all of this, we, at AL-MEZAN Center for Human Rights, reaffirm that the state of silence shown by the international community in regard to the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian civilians encourages Israel to commit further crimes against the Palestinians and demand the following: Opening immediately an International Investigation file of the massacre.
Bringing the Israeli war criminals before an International court.
Evacuating and removing the whole settlements based on the Palestinian occupied territories.
Providing International protection for the Palestinian civilians in the occupied Territories.
The European union, which will revise its agreement partnership with Israel during its next session, should cancel this agreement.
