Internal Security Apparatus Arrests a Person in Rafah City

At approximately 3:00 pm on Tuesday, 10 January 2017, the internal security apparatus arrested Mahmoud Ju’ma Salim Al Sha’er, 30, while he was in Al Sha’er Divan, in Abu Bakr street. A number of persons dressed in black clothes introduced themselves as members of the internal security apparatus  took Al Sha’er to the apparatus office. He was then referred to Qasr Al Hakem office in Gaza City.
