Explosion in Rafah Injures Two Children

At approximately 1:20 pm on Saturday 7 April 2012, medical sources at Abu Yousif An-Najjar Hospital reported the intake two casualties: Rawan Jumaa’ Hussein Al Bahabssa, 5, and her brother Abdullah, 4, both of whom had sustained shrapnel wounds in various parts of their bodies.
  According to police sources, the children were injured while they were playing near their homes close to the cemetery in the As-Salam neighborhood south of Rafah.
  They were referred to the Gaza European Hospital.
  Medical sources described their injuries as moderate.
