At approximately 8:30pm on Thursday 24 March 2011, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) fired five artillery shells at agricultural land in North Gaza district.
Two shells fell on the southwest of the Islamic Martyrs Cemetery, east of Jabalia, two other shells fell on the Burat Abu Samra area, northeast of Beit Hanoun, and a shell fell in the vicinity of the Al Khusa area, northwest of Beit Lahyia.
No casualties or injuries were reported but people were terrified.
This attack coincided with the Israeli shelling of the police investigation office premises, west of Jabalia.
