Palestinian Man Kidnapped in Rafah Town

7am on Sunday 10 January 2010, unknown persons kidnapped Fadel Msallam Abu Shalouf, 22, while he was sitting on Rafah beach.
They took him in a car to an unspecified location.
The motivations and the perpetrators of the incident remain unclear.
