40 on Friday 29 May 2009, 5-Year-old Ameer Iyad At-Tallaa, died as he played with a weapon whilst at home, which is located in Tel As-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah.
  According to medical sources at Abu Yousif An-Najjar hospital, the boy arrived the hospital as a dead body.
