Gunmen fire at a car in Gaza, injure a passenger and kidnap another

At approximately 15:10 on the 18th of Dec, armed men opened fire at a Subaru car in An Nafaq street in Gaza, injuring Ismail Mohammed Haniya, 27 by live bullets to his legs.
They also kidnapped another one was in the car.
