Israeli forces arrest a Palestinian young man at the eastern perimeter fence in the North Gaza District

At approximately 8 a.m. on Wednesday, 23 August 2023, Israeli forces arrested Mahmoud Khalid al-Jourani, 19, a resident of Al-Houja Street in Jabaliya refugee camp, in North Gaza District, while he was attempting to cross the perimeter fence that separates Gaza and Israel.
