At 11pm on Friday, 18 May 2018, doctors at Al Shifa Hospital reported the death of Mo’een Al-Saa’i, 58-year old resident of Al Shati refugee camp in Gaza city. Al-Saa’i died of wounds he sustained in the chest when shot with live fire by Israeli forces while he was joining the Great Return March demonstrations in Malaka area in east Al Zaitoun neighborhood in east Gaza city on 14 May 2018.
