At 11a.m. on Thursday, 21 December 2017, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen sailing off the shore of Al Sudania area in western Jabalia refugee camp in North Gaza governorate. Israeli forces engaged for half an hour in intensive shooting, forcing fishermen to stop their work and to escape the sea in fear. No casualties were caused.
