IOF Opens Fire at Palestinians Southeast Al Bureij Refugee Camp; One Person Injured

At approximately 1:30 pm on Friday, 12 January 2016, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire  and lunched tear gas canisters at tens of Palestinian young men and children who were participating in a popular events to protest against Israeli violations in Jerusalem and the border West Bank. The clashes between Israeli side and the young men took place east of Al Bureij refugee camp. As a result, Abdullah Abdel Qader Mohammed Qalqeli,22, sustained shrapnel wounds in his face. Abdullah was carried to Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al Balah were his injury was described as moderate. The clashes between the Israeli side and the Palestinian continued until 5:30 on the same day.
